In class, we have started to revisit our IRIS goals which each student set in November.
Students will be sharing them with you during the interview.
Tomorrow and on Thursday we will reflect on these goals and see if we have progressed/ achieved them.
Also, our school is once again participating in the Jump Rope For Heart fundraiser.

LA - Story Writing Unit:
In LA, students have been working on developing their story-writing skills.
As a final project of the unit, our class has two weeks (9 days) time to create and improve/ edit and
revise a story based on any idea they might have. I will be marking these stories over the March Break.
Our first Provincial Achievement Test in LA (writing part A) will take place in mid May on the 18th.
I will keep you updated on this process during the interviews.
The first draft must be completed this week to allow for peer editing to take place on Monday.
Students might have to complete their stories over the weekend (Friday-Sunday) if they do not use
class time efficiently.
