Dear Parents & Guardians. 1) Tomorrow is our Math assessment on the Order of Operations. In class we reviewed the steps once more and practiced how to solve order of operation word problems. I will remind students to take unfinished practice sheets home for extra practise. In class, I am usually providing 15-30 min of practice time daily during which students work at their own speed and ability level. Afterwards, we always solve a number of problems together to provide direct feedback on tasks. 2) For the Grade 6 graduation, we would love to include your child's baby photo into our slideshow. If you wish, please email me one picture of your child during their early days. We will then contrast their past and present appearance during the graduation assembly. Please state the name of the child and the approximate age at that time. Email: pdmueller@cbe.ab.ca Thank you to all who have done so! Your babies and toddlers were adorable! 3) Learning Objectives in a nutshel...
